Shipping Policy

All packages are shipped via our warehouse located in Gopeng, Perak. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within: 24 to 48 hours.

Shipping Times:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our Malaysian warehouse.

West Malaysia: 3-5 business days (tracked shipping)
East Malaysia: 5-7 business days (tracked shipping)

Refunds Policy
Our refund policies shall be based on the below terms and conditions:

a. Once your product is returned to our warehouse and our QC inspection is completed and successful, the refund will be processed for the returned product.
b. Please take note that the processing time of your refund will depend on the type of refund and the payment method you used.
c. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item within 3days from the received date.
d. All returned items are not used and in the original box and/or packaging.
e. All refunds are conditional upon our acceptance of a valid return of our product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To start a return, you can contact us at favorway.medicland@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
